Community Development Director

Help advance projects that strengthen neighborhoods, improve properties, and support communities throughout Seneca County.

The Seneca County Collaborative is seeking a Community Development Director to lead Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) administration for the City of Tiffin and Seneca County and serve as Executive Director of the Seneca County Land Bank under our administrative services agreement.

This full-time, in-person position reports to the President & CEO and works with local governments, property owners, community partners, and funding agencies to move community development projects forward.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead CDBG administration for the City of Tiffin.
• Lead CDBG administration for Seneca County.
• Administer the Seneca County Land Bank and serve as its Executive Director under the administrative services agreement.
• Coordinate grant and project activities, maintain required records, and support compliance with applicable program requirements.
• Build productive working relationships with local officials, community partners, and other stakeholders.

The Collaborative is scheduled to begin administration of the Seneca County Land Bank on December 1, 2026. This position offers an opportunity to help establish that work while supporting ongoing community development commitments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of $65,000.
